My experience with ferocity was a great one. I wanted a quick easy no hassle sell and that's what they provided for me. They adapted to my schedule and my concerns. They responded to my questions and concern swiftly even sometimes if it was after business hours.
Basically, I wanted a faster controlled Closing and I now have to sign papers! Ferocity did everything they said that they were going to do. So, I was happy with all stages!

I may have been able to get a higher offer elsewhere if I wanted to take the time and chance however they made a reasonable offer after a quick inspection and bought my rental as is. No surprises and very responsive when I needed answers. Closing was an absolute breeze.
