While there were some "bumpy roads" that needed to be navigated during the sale of my home, which included a last minute glitch regarding the "financer" for the purchase pulling out of the transaction causing a delay in my receiving the initial payment, (and this was due to a "false accusation" made by the "financer" against my family that was residing in my home), in the end everything turned out to be in my full satisfaction!
I enjoyed working with Easy Sell ATL. Helped me navigate the process from start to completion. Was always there when I had questions. I highly recommend them if you want a team of professionals that get the job done. Hats off to Brad, Gino, Gleibys, and the entire team.

I thought that selling the house after my divorce wasn’t going to be easy. The divorce was long, stressful and awful, and I still can’t believe that the quickest thing about my divorce was selling the house, all thanks to this company. They were kind, professional, and got everything done quickly. I’m really grateful for how they handled it. BIG plus was that my exwife speaks better Spanish than English and Gleibys and Luis communicated with her in Spanish and made her feel safe since she could understand every part of the process. Definitely recommend them.

Unlike most flippers, we found them to be easy to work with. Get this... they answered their phones, responded to emails, and were all-around pleasant! Even when our buyers' insurance company made ridiculous demands, the owner patiently endured a conference call on his way home from work so Progressive could ask crazy questions (buyers eventually switched to Allstate). As a Realtor with 10+ years of experience, I was pleasantly surprised as were our clients, first-time home buyers! I hope we get to work with them again in the future!
This was a very simple process, they paid what we were asking and kept us informed the entire way. We closed within weeks, and the money was wired to our account within hours. I would recommend them, much less painful then the traditional real estate company.
