Than the next step was Brad who was awesome and the next step was Melanie who helped us close.. she was great met her in person at closing just so nice and easy... highly recommend over others...

This was difficult for my family having to sell my dad's house to ensure he could be cared for. We feel we received a fair offer and were able to close quickly after we decided to go forward with the deal. I had to sell a house years ago and getting an offer was an exhausting effort. This time because of Easy Sell things were much better. Brad is an excellent problem solver and made the sale go. We can make my dad's final days better and are grateful.
