Gino Palomba FounderGino discovered his passion for real estate investing while studying finance in college, and what began as an interest quickly became the foundation of his career. As the Founder of EasySellATL, he has dedicated his career to helping homeowners navigate life’s biggest transitions with honesty, compassion, and straightforward solutions. For Gino, real estate has always been about people first, treating every homeowner with respect and transparency.
When he’s not working, Gino enjoys traveling the world with his wife and embracing new experiences along the way.

Marcus Daniel Chief Operating Officer
Marcus has been with EasySellATL since November 2022 and is passionate about leadership, personal growth, and helping others become the best version of themselves. As Chief Operating Officer, whether he’s coaching the sales team, improving internal processes, or working alongside leadership, he enjoys creating an environment where people can grow and reach their full potential. He believes success comes from staying curious and consistent.
Outside of work, Marcus enjoys spending time with his wife, Jazzmine, and their two daughters, whether exploring a new park or enjoying a quiet day at home.

Tariq Hakeem Home Buying Specialist
Tariq is one of our Home Buying Specialists who is passionate about helping homeowners through every step of the selling process. Since 2019, he’s worked in acquisitions, wholesaling, fix-and-flips, and buy-and-hold investments, giving him the experience to confidently navigate a wide range of real estate situations.
What Tariq enjoys most is building relationships and making sure every homeowner feels heard, informed, and supported. Outside of work, he enjoys staying active in the gym, spending time outdoors, and maintaining a healthy lifestyle.

Jake Walter Home Buying Specialist
Jake began his real estate career in 2022, joining EasySellATL after earning a bachelor’s degree in Business Real Estate from Georgia State University. Drawn to the company’s dynamic culture, he quickly fell in love with the collaborative environment and the opportunity to make a tangible difference in people’s lives, and thrives on the variety and challenges of his daily work as a Home Buying Specialist.
Outside of the office, Jake is an avid sports fan who rarely misses a big game, and he has a passion for skiing, hitting the slopes every chance he gets.

Rob Portillo Investment Sales Representative
Hi, I’m Rob! As the Investment Sales Representative at EasySellATL, I focus on connecting our properties with the right buyers, negotiating offers, and helping transactions move smoothly from contract to closing. I enjoy building strong relationships with buyers and sellers while finding solutions that create the best possible outcome for everyone involved. I also speak Spanish, French, and Portuguese, which helps me connect with a wide range of clients!
Outside of work, I love traveling, playing music, working out, and spending time with friends and family. I’m grateful to be part of the Easy Sell ATL team.

Melanie Alize Director of Closings
Melanie has been a valued member of the EasySellATL team since 2021 and is passionate about helping homeowners navigate the closing process with confidence. Working closely with our legal team as Director of Closings, she is committed to making every transaction as smooth, organized, and stress-free as possible for each seller, from contract all the way through to closing day, keeping everyone informed along the way.
Outside of work, Melanie loves traveling and trying new restaurants with her husband, and enjoys spending quality time with her family, especially her niece and nephew.

Vivianne Padilla Chief Technology Officer
Hi, I’m Vivianne! As CTO of Easy Sell ATL, I focus on keeping our operations running smoothly behind the scenes, from building solid infrastructure to making sure our team has everything they need to thrive. Since joining in 2021, I’ve been passionate about creating systems that support our growth and help us deliver the best possible experience to every homeowner we work with.
In my personal time I love traveling and finding beautiful places to photograph. I’m proud to be part of the Easy Sell ATL family and excited about everything we’re building together!

Gleibys Rivas Closing Coordinator
Gleibys joined our team in June 2024 and has been instrumental in keeping our transactions organized and on track as our Closing Coordinator. She is always seeking innovative ways to enhance efficiency and streamline processes, making sure every file moves smoothly from contract to close while keeping homeowners and the rest of the team informed and confident every step of the way.
Outside of work, Gleibys loves spending time with her beloved pets, staying active with yoga and rollerblading, and eating delicious food with the people she loves most.

Erick Avila Technology & Systems Manager
Erick is the longest-tenured member of the Easy Sell ATL team and serves as our Technology & Systems Manager. Throughout his many years with the company, Erick has worn just about every hat imaginable, giving him a deep understanding of how every department works together, from managing our CRM to troubleshooting technical issues and keeping our operations running smoothly. His adaptability and commitment have made him a driving force behind our growth.
When he’s not solving tech challenges, Erick is passionate about music, singing, and art, and enjoys streaming video games.

Francisco Garcia is one of the longest-tenured members of the Easy Sell ATL team and serves as our Client Relations Manager. As one of the first friendly voices many homeowners hear, Francisco is passionate about building genuine relationships and taking the time to understand each seller’s unique situation before connecting them with one of our Homebuying Specialists to guide them through next steps.
Outside of work, Francisco enjoys spending time with his wife and kids. Whether they’re heading to the park or simply making memories together, family time is what he enjoys most.

Outside of work, Jorge enjoys spending time with his family, especially his son. Whether they’re playing soccer together or cheering from the sidelines, he loves making lasting memories together.

When he’s away from the office, Harry enjoys riding motorcycles, rescuing dogs, and spending quality time with the family and pets he loves most, valuing every moment together.

Her versatility, positive attitude, and dedication make her an invaluable member of the team. Outside the office, Karen enjoys dancing and spending quality time with her family.

Outside of work, Luis is passionate about mixed martial arts (MMA), and his dedication to the sport has taken him around the world to compete, reflecting the same discipline he brings to his role every day.
