Gino’s journey into real estate started when he was a sophomore in college. While studying finance, he discovered real estate investing and has grown a huge passion for it since. When Gino isn’t traveling abroad with his fiancé, he spends time mentoring and training other individuals on how to start in real estate investing across the country through speaking at events.

Melanie graduated from Kennesaw State University in 2021 with a bachelor’s degree in Public Relations. She has been the closing coordinator since then. She is passionate about helping people, and finds joy assisting people in selling their homes. She’s a big foodie, loves to travel, and loves spending time with her friends and family, especially her new niece, Jojo!

Brad has been with the company since February of 2023 and currently serve as the director of dispositions. He oversees the process of how we sell properties, work with real estate agents and investors who buy properties, maintain positive relationships with our buyers and sellers, stay informed about market trends and pricing and work with all department team members to hit company goals. He currently live in Rockwall, Texas. Married to his wife, and have 2 daughters with a son on the way. In his free time, he enjoys hanging out with friends and family and all things at the lake!

Marcus, a valued member of our team since November 2022. He’s dedicated to his role and enjoys connecting with clients while guiding them through the real estate journey. Outside of work, Marcus cherishes spending quality moments with his loving wife and daughter. His hobbies include golfing and exploring new culinary delights at various restaurants.

Jake began his real estate career in 2022, joining Ferocity Assets after earning a bachelor’s degree in Business Real Estate from Georgia State University. Drawn to the company’s dynamic culture, he quickly fell in love with the collaborative environment and the opportunity to make a tangible difference in people’s lives. Jake thrives on the variety and challenges of his daily work, finding fulfillment in helping clients achieve their real estate goals. Outside of the office, he is an avid sports fan who rarely misses a big game. He also has a passion for skiing and takes every chance he gets to hit the slopes!

Marquis – a valued member of our team since July 2023, brings enthusiasm and commitment to every client interaction, helping them navigate their real estate journey with confidence. Outside of work, Marquis enjoys playing basketball, hiking scenic trails, and spending quality time with family.

Gleibys joined our team in June 2024 and has been instrumental in keeping our transactions organized and on track. As a Closing Coordinator, she is always seeking innovative ways to enhance efficiency and streamline processes. Outside of work, Gleibys loves spending time with her beloved pets, staying active with yoga and rollerblading, and eating delicious food.
